The address above is our fulfilment and returns address. It is not a walk-in retail location — please email us before returning anything so we can confirm where to send it. Appliances are heavy, from around 77 lb for a compact refrigerator to 395 lb for a large French-door model, so it is worth agreeing how a return is packed before you send it.
Our appliances are American-specification. They run on 120V or 208–240V and not on UK 230V mains, so a suitable supply or a transformer is needed. Dimensions are given in inches and capacities in cubic feet, and many models are built-in and fit a cabinet cutout. If you are unsure whether an appliance suits your kitchen or your supply, email us the brand and model number before you order and we will go through the specification with you.
