We process orders Monday to Saturday during opening hours, and the next working day if you order on a Sunday or a UK bank day; Saturday orders placed before 1:00 pm go out that afternoon. You get a tracking number by email the moment the label prints.

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Most UK addresses see it in 3–5 working days, including the Scottish Highlands, the islands and Northern Ireland. Orders over £150 ship with signature on delivery — that is what makes the parcel insurable, and it cannot be waived. Transit times are carrier estimates rather than guarantees, so if you are buying for a particular date, order a week ahead of it. Full detail on the delivery page.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return, for any reason. That sits on top of your statutory right rather than replacing it: because you are buying at a distance, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from the day the order arrives to cancel and a further 14 to send it back, and nothing in our policy limits that.

Please do not ship anything before you have that reference — unreferenced parcels are slow to match to an order and slow to refund. Measure three things before you order: the height, width and depth of the gap; the depth again with the door open; and the narrowest point on the route in, which is usually a doorway or a stair turn.

These are American-specification appliances, so the product pages list cutout depth, cutout width and cutout height in inches. Use those rather than the cabinet size, because the cutout is the hole the machine has to drop into. Counter-depth refrigerators sit roughly flush with a worktop; standard-depth models stand proud of it by several inches. Leave room behind for water lines and cabling, and check the depth-with-door-open figure against whatever is on the opposite wall.

These are US-market appliances, so they carry Energy Star certification and an annual kWh figure rather than a European A–G letter. Energy Star is a pass or fail mark, not a scale: it tells you a model beat a federal efficiency threshold, and nothing about by how much.

The number worth reading is the annual energy consumption in kWh, listed on the product page wherever the manufacturer publishes it. Multiply it by your own unit rate and you get a real running cost. On a refrigerator the spread between an efficient and an inefficient model is worth having, because it runs every hour of every day; on a dishwasher it is usually a few pounds a year.

Decibels are logarithmic, so the numbers compress how big the differences feel: a 10 dB drop sounds roughly half as loud to the human ear.

On a dishwasher the figure is the one specification worth paying for in an open-plan kitchen. The quietest machines in the range sit at 40–42 dBA, which is close to background noise in a normal room; 44 dBA is quiet enough that you notice the cycle has ended rather than that it is running; 47–50 dBA is audible from the next room. If the kitchen opens onto where you sit in the evening, treat the dBA rating as the number that matters most — it is the one people regret ignoring. Refrigerators and ranges are not rated the same way, so we only quote a figure where the manufacturer publishes one.

Every appliance carries the manufacturer's own warranty, and the length varies by brand and by model. We do not restate those terms on our product pages, because they change and we would rather not put a promise in your hands that belongs to someone else — check the manufacturer's own site for the model, or ask us and we will look it up with you. We do not add a guarantee of our own on top of it.

Separately, and regardless of any warranty, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights against us as the retailer if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. If something fails, email manzomarc@outlook.com with the model and serial number and we will deal with it.
