Every order ships tracked, and the number is emailed once the consignment is booked in. Here is how to find it, what to check on the doorstep, and what to do if it goes quiet.
Find your tracking number
- Check your email. Look for the subject line "A shipment from your order is on the way". The tracking link is in the body. Check spam and Promotions before assuming it never arrived.
- Check your account. If you ordered while signed in, it is under your account β the order β Tracking.
- Use the carrier's site. Paste the number straight into the carrier's tracking page β it is sometimes a step ahead of the emailed link.
Cannot find it? Email manzomarc@outlook.com with your order number and we will resend it. If you do not have the order number either, the email address you checked out with is enough.
When it should move
| Orders placed Monday to Saturday, during opening hours | Processed the same day |
|---|---|
| Orders placed on a Sunday or a UK bank holiday | Processed the next working day |
| Booked with the carrier | As soon as processing is complete β we do not promise a carrier date |
We do not quote a fixed transit time for appliances. Schedules move with weather, backlogs and peak season, and none of that is ours to promise. If you are ordering against a fitting date, order well ahead of it rather than to the day.
Appliances are also not parcels. Somebody has to be at the address to receive one: it cannot be left in a porch, with a neighbour, or in a safe place, and it is delivered to the property rather than carried to the room it will live in and fitted.
Measure before it arrives, not after. Check the doorway, the hallway, any stair turn, and the cabinet cutout against the dimensions on the product page. A refrigerator that will not fit through the door has to go back on the same lorry, and that is a change-of-mind return.
Tracking has not updated
Carrier scans go quiet far more often than deliveries go missing β especially over a weekend, or while something sits between depots. A gap of a day or two is normal and almost never means anything is wrong.
If it has been quiet longer than feels right, email us the order number. We open a trace with the carrier and chase it ourselves rather than telling you to.
Tracking says delivered, but nothing arrived
With goods this size there is no doorstep to search. Something this heavy is handed to a person, so a "delivered" scan against an empty hallway almost always means a mis-scan at the end of a round, or a drop at the wrong number on the street.
- Check with everyone else at the address, and with a building manager or concierge if there is one.
- Allow 24 hours. Carriers sometimes close a run off in the system the evening before the delivery actually moves.
Still nothing? Tell us as soon as you can after the delivery scan. The sooner you do, the more route and proof-of-delivery data the carrier still holds for us to settle a claim with β but leaving it later does not affect your rights. Until goods are in your hands they remain at our risk, and that is the Consumer Rights Act 2015 rather than a concession.
Signature-required orders
Orders over Β£150 ship with signature on delivery, which covers nearly everything in the range. If nobody is in, the carrier will either reattempt or hold the delivery at a depot β the tracking page will say which, and an appliance is not something you can collect in a car. Please plan for someone to be there who can sign.
Changing a delivery address
Email us immediately. If the consignment has not been booked in we can change it; once it has, we cannot β though the carrier can often redirect using the tracking number, and that is usually the fastest route.
Damaged on arrival
Inspect the carton before you sign. This is the single most useful thing you can do. Walk round the packaging and look for crushed corners, punctures, a tilted load or a broken seal, and if anything looks wrong write "damaged" on the driver's paperwork or handheld before you accept it. A clean signature makes a carrier claim far harder to win.
Then photograph the carton and the appliance before you unpack any further, and email the photographs to us as soon as you can after delivery, with your order number β the sooner they reach us, the more the carrier still holds to settle a claim with. Leave it packed and do not attempt to install it. Damaged and faulty goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing on this page limits those rights.
